Gozo Full day
Victoria
Victoria, or Rabat as it is called by the locals, is the capital city of Gozo. In the center of the island, Victoria is its commercial and administrative centre, with malls, cafes, small shops and produce markets, bustling with life during the day, quiet and sleepy at night.
The Cittadella
The Cittadella is a small, fortified town located at the centre of Gozo, on a hill overlooking the capital town of Victoria. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that finds its roots in the late medieval era, although it was inhabited earlier in Neolithic times.
Marsalforn
Marsalforn is one of the most popular resorts on the Island. In summer it throbs with life as hundreds of Gozitan and Maltese families move in to spend the summer at the coast and foreign visitors arrive for a revitalizing dose of sun and sea.
Xlendi
Ix-Xlendi Bay is a popular swimming, snorkelling and diving spot. There is a small sandy beach leading into shallow waters perfect for young and old, while for the more adventurous it is deslightful to swim and snorkel in deeper water off the long stretch of rocks bordering the beach.
Ta Pinu
Ta'Pinu is considered the most important place of pilgrimage in the archipelago. Found at the tip of Gozo, the second largest island, the church appears at a curve in the road in the middle of rocky fields surrounded by low stone walls. In 1883, there was only a simple chapel with a painting of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
